Drug and Alcohol Policy

To Whom it may concern:

Elk Limousine, LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for all legal and illegal substances that impair judgment, motor skills or behavior in any way. Elk Limousine, LLC reserves the right to random drug tests on all employees. The use of any unapproved substance on duty is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination.

Elk Limousine LLC will hold a ZERO tolerance policy for all employees for all drug and alcohol usage. All employees will submit to a drug and alcohol testing if suspected of any infraction of this policy.

If employees refuse, they will be terminated from Elk Limousine LLC on the spot with no option of rehire.

If any employee fails a drug and alcohol test, they will be terminated from Elk Limousine LLC.
