Elk Limousine is a limo and chauffeur company serving Dallas-Fort Worth. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Elk Limousine, and “site” means this website. If you have a question about your information, see Contact us at the end of this page.

Information you give us

• When you call, text or email us: your name, phone number, email address and the trip details you share with us.
• When you ask for a quote: the quote form on our Get a Quote page is run by Moovs, our booking system. You enter your name, phone number, email address and your pickup and drop-off details (no payment card). You pay in full when you accept your quote. Card details are never entered or stored on this site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, the tools below may collect:

• the pages you view and the buttons you tap, such as Get a Quote, call, text and email
• your device, browser and screen size
• your approximate location (city level, from your IP address)
• the site or ad that brought you here
• cookie and similar identifiers that recognize your browser on a later visit

Cookies and tracking tools

• Google Tag Manager loads our measurement tools on the site. It is the only tracking script we add ourselves.
• Google Analytics 4 shows us how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and how many people open the Book page. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy.
• Meta Pixel measures our Facebook and Instagram ads and lets us show ads to people who visited the site. Meta may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account under Meta’s privacy policy.
• Moovs runs the booking form on the Book page and may use its own cookies to make the form work.

This site doesn’t show a cookie pop-up. You stay in control:

• block or delete cookies in your browser settings
• install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on

Blocking cookies won’t stop you from booking a ride.

• to plan and run your ride, and to charge for it

• your chauffeur, who sees the trip details needed for your ride

We don’t sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide rides, keep business records and meet legal requirements.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we use trusted providers for booking and payments. No website or system is completely secure, so we can’t promise that information sent to us will never be accessed by someone else.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Your requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep some records, such as past bookings and payments, where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
